Whether you need advice on living with HIV, one-to-one guidance, support from other people in the same situation or simply a massage session to lift your spirits, Living Well can help.

HIV Services

Some of our current HIV services include:

• Positive Self-Management Programme (PSMP) – Seven group sessions exploring all areas of living with HIV.
• Life Clubs – Popular weekly peer group coaching sessions to help you work out your goals for the future.
• Life Coaching – One to one sessions with a trained coach that enable you to move forward and achieve ambitious yet realistic goals.
