Could you be a Certified PSMP Facilitator?

Free Positive Self-Management Programme (PSMP) Facilitator Training 24th June – 28th June 2013.

This is a week long training PSMP Facilitator Training starting from Monday 24 June until Friday 28 June from 9.30 am to 5.00pm each day.

At the end of this course you will have learnt to confidently deliver Living Well’s PSMP to a group in the community. Using Action Planning, Modelling and Problem Solving you will also learn to support others and promote self management and self efficacy to those living with HIV. With the aid of cognitive techniques, free thinking, discussions and feeding back you will acquire the skills to support others and be an essential part of improving psychological wellbeing and the quality of life of many participants who have been recently diagnosed with HIV or who have been HIV positive for some time and still coming to terms with it.

The free Facilitator Training will be in the Old Chapel at St Charles Centre for Health and Wellbeing in Ladbroke Grove. This training is open to residents of several boroughs across Central and North West London including Ealing, Brent, Hounslow, Westminster, Hammersmith and Fulham amongst others.
