Happiness Workshop for Gay Men in August 2013!

This inspiring day will allow you to explore and identify what makes you happy, providing practical steps in building your happiness plan.

To be held at the October Gallery, Bloomsbury, London WC1N 3AL on Sat 3 August, 10.00 – 16.00. The workshop will cost £60 for the day or is free to anyone living with HIV in a Living Well funded borough.

  • Was Einstein right about happiness? Come and find out in these two interactive happiness workshops!
  • Would you like to take control of your own happiness?
  • Would you like to learn simple tools and techniques you can use in everyday life to make you happier?
  • How about having a happiness plan that you can start implementing straight away?

In attending these interactive and engaging workshops, participants will:

  • Gain a deeper understanding of what makes them happy
  • Create a plan for happiness
  • Identify barriers to happiness and strategies to deal with them
  • Create a positive support network
  • Feel more confident about their ability to be happy

The workshops will be led by Ana Paula Nacif, an experience trainer and coach, who works with individuals on personal development and leadership. She brings a wealth of experience in group facilitation, combined with the latest in neuroscience and the ‘art of happiness’.
