PSMP
Between April 2005 and March 2012, 615 people started a PSMP with Living Well and 428 (70%) completed the programme. Participants took part in an evaluation process that incorporated the Medication Adherence Scale (MARS) (Horne 2004) and items based on the WHOQOL-HIV BREF (World Heath Organization 2002). Counselling
Between April 2005 and March 2012 Living Well provided counselling to 718 participants from boroughs across London. Participants took part in an evaluation process that incorporated the Clinical Outcomes in Routine Evaluation (CORE) Goal Attainment Form – specifically designed to help measure, monitor and manage therapy outcomes. Group Coaching

Complementary Therapies
Between April 2009 and March 2012 Living Well provided aromatherapy massage, shiatsu and reflexology sessions to 189 people living with HIV. Participants took part an evaluation process that incorporated Measure Yourself Concerns and Wellbeing (MYCaW), an individualised self-evaluation tool for evaluating changes in the level of participants concerns and wellbeing.
