Life Coach

Trish worked in education for 30 years originally with teenagers excluded from school, then with prisoners, ex-offenders and adults with significant disadvantages or no qualifications. She has extensive management experience leading teams and supporting individuals in the work place for over 25 years. She has been coaching for more than 6 years, working with Head teachers, Chairs of Governors, school and local authority staff as well as CEOs of both public and private sector organisations. Although an experienced executive coach, Trish now focuses on life coaching and supports individuals making the changes to their personal life and circumstances they dream about!

Trish has been a trustee or volunteer with a range of charities including: Prisoners’ Education Trust, Media for Development, Synergy Theatre, WISH (Women in Special Hospitals and SOVA (Society of Voluntary Associates).

Trish joined the Living well team in 2012. She is a qualified coach (ILM Level 7 Diploma for Professional Executive Coaches and Leadership Mentors and a Post Graduate Diploma in Coaching Psychology, University of East London). She is currently completing a Masters in Coaching Psychology. She is a Fellow of the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM), a member of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and a member of the Association for Coaching.
