Living Well counsellors are there to help you work your way through all sorts of issues in a relaxed, non-judgemental and confidential environment. Whether you feel isolated and alone or just need someone outside your family and social circle with whom you can share your concerns, your dedicated Living Well counsellor will support you with any issues you have – and help you move forward with your life.
Counselling sessions take place once a week and last for fifty minutes. Living Well counsellors are specially trained to help deal with the issues that affect people living with HIV.

It can have long-term implications as to how you feel about yourself, the relationships you have and the way you live your life.
