Coaching Programme

The main aim of our Coaching Programme is to support people who may be experiencing loneliness and isolation. The six session programme is based on key principles of psychological wellbeing and positive psychology – with online sessions delivered on Zoom at the same time each week, for six weeks.

This fun and interactive support programme gives participants a platform to engage with peers as well as learning and sharing new tools and strategies to improve their day-to-day experience during times of loneliness and isolation.

Topics covered by the programme help support people’s positive mental health, which is essential for us to be able to make connections and take real steps to change our experience. While practical strategies and mini-goals, which are included in every session, are focused on reducing social isolation and loneliness.

All Connect Well services are FREE for anyone living in London who is over 18 and part of the HIV community.

Wellbeing Workshops

Connect Well’s Wellbeing Workshops are free standalone webinars delivered online by experienced facilitators focussed on issues and topics suggested by service users and professionals.

Art Therapy

Art Therapy is a fun creative process where art-making and psychotherapy combine to aid individual growth, awareness and healing.

In Art Therapy no art skills are required – participants are free to make images which provide a more tangible and immediate way to express feelings and emotions. The aim is to release creativity, ease distress, increase awareness, resolve conflicts, trauma and/or cope with difficult emotions.

Art Therapy can help participants to manage and resolve emotional problems, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, bereavement, depression, anxiety, feeling stuck, health problems and general life struggles.

Connect Well online Art Therapy sessions can be delivered as both standalone workshops and extended programmes normally run over six weeks.

All Connect Well services are FREE for anyone living in London who is over 18 and part of the HIV community.

All Connect Well hypnotherapists are qualified and experienced at supporting people with a diverse range of health conditions.
